A nice specimen of a highly sought after Strombidae endemic to St. Brandon, Mauritius. Also one of the 50 rare shells of Peter Dance and the logo of GCshells itself. The Ophioglossolambis violacea is always a stunning shell to hold and to witness. I'm glad I can offer a second specimen now of good quality and with a very good dorsum. Some damage on the first 4 fingers and a damaged siphon don't take away of this beautiful specimen.
