Product Details

Location:
Roscoff, Brittany, France

Personally collected on stone wall at the old harbour during low tide. September 2019

Size - Grade:
30,22 mm - F+

Remarks:

Lip chipped with a growth line near the lip. With some erosion. Also a growth line on the dorsum. Erosion on the spire minimal.

Note: Thanks to a setting in my camera, these pictures differ in color in the dorsal and ventral picture. To give you a good idee of color, the ventral side shows the color more to its real colors. All shells are really dark, some even to the black side. Also, these are all bigger then the WRS listed in the 2018 edition, which is only 27,09 mm. Do note that the biggest shell I found is in my own collection (32 mm in size). So these are no WRS shells, but still impressivally big!
